Requirements for Employment
We’re looking for dependable, caring people who genuinely enjoy helping others.
To join our team, you’ll need to:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable nature
- Have at least one year of caregiving experience or similar experience in the healthcare field preferred
- Have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and your own reliable vehicle
- Have reliable transportation to and from every shift. For safety and reliability, caregivers may not be dropped off at a client’s home.
- Be able to communicate clearly in English to safely assist our clients and communicate with families and our care team
- Be able to complete a TB test or chest X-ray
- Be able to pass a national criminal background check and company-required drug screening
- Be physically able to push or pull up to 50 pounds
