ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?

Yes! We are licensed by the State of North Carolina, Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Service Regulation. We carry General Liability Insurance as well as Workers Compensation Insurance.

HOW SOON CAN A CAREGIVER BEGIN?

In almost all cases, we are able to start providing care the day after the initial assessment.

ONCE I START SERVICE, CAN I ADJUST THE SCHEDULE? WILL I HAVE THE SAME CARE PROVIDER?

Yes! The schedule is completely up to you. However, the more consistent the schedule, the more likely you will have the same caregiver. We request 48 hours notice on schedule changes whenever possible.

DO YOU ACCEPT LONG-TERM CARE INSURANCE?

Yes. We work closely with several different Long Term Insurance companies.

IF I HAVE AN EMERGENCY, CAN I REACH THE OFFICE?

Yes. We are available 24/7 to assist with your after hours emergencies.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY LOVED ONE’S CARE NEEDS CHANGE?

We employ care providers from companions to certified nursing assistants. As your loved one’s needs change, we can help you make those transitions.

IF MY LOVED ONE GOES TO THE HOSPITAL OR TO A FACILITY, CAN YOU STILL HELP?

Yes! Our caregivers will continue to support your loved one at home, a hospital, or a facility.
