Specialized Covid19 response
To make sure you and your loved ones stay safe, our caregivers are asked a series of questions before they are able to enter your home and begin their shift. This adds another level of protection in today’s COVID19 landscape.
Care team dedicated just for you
Each of our clients is matched with a small care team, including a primary caregiver, and a secondary team that is familiar with the client, the care plan, and the family. This allows us to provide a backup caregiver if the primary caregiver is unavailable for any reason. Additionally, the caregivers and families have personalized access to our Registered Nurse.
NO TWO CARE PLANS ARE THE SAME
We do not use a one size fits all approach. We recognize that each of our clients have their own unique needs and desires. Our assessment with our Registered Nurse is free of charge. She looks at the unique needs of our clients and then takes that information and creates a comprehensive care plan that speaks to the needs of each client.
