Precautions

To make sure you and your loved ones stay safe, our caregivers are asked a series of questions before they are able to enter your home and begin their shift. This adds another level of protection in today’s COVID-19 landscape.  

Our Caregivers receive training on COVID-19 related protocols and safety measures, including cleaning of surfaces, use of masks, and proper handwashing. 

New Estuary Home Care is following COVID-19 recommendations as outlined by the North Carolina Department of Health and the federal Center for Disease Control.
